Child Sexual Abuse Policy – EliteDate.cz
1. Commitment to Child Safety
EliteDate.cz is dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users. We strictly prohibit the use of our platform for any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation.
2. Age Restrictions
Registration on EliteDate.cz is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not allow any minor (under 18 years) to create, maintain, or access accounts on our service.
3. Prohibited Content and Activities
We explicitly ban:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or otherwise facilitates child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.
- The possession, distribution, or creation of any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Any communication intended to groom or exploit minors.
4. Reporting and Enforcement
If any suspected CSAM or child exploitation is detected, we will:
- Immediately remove the offending content.
- Suspend or terminate the involved accounts.
- Report the matter to relevant authorities and organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
5. User Reporting Mechanisms
Anyone who encounters harmful content must report it either:
- Directly through the in-app "Report Suspicious Content" feature, or
- By emailing our dedicated abuse team at abuse@elitedate.cz.
6. Collaboration with Authorities
EliteDate.cz fully cooperates with law enforcement and child protection agencies in investigations related to child exploitation or abuse.
7. Continuous Review and Policy Updates
We regularly review and update our policies and procedures to enhance child safety and comply with all applicable laws and industry best practices.
